All payments made towards courses, training programs, webinars, workshops, certification programs, diploma programs, study materials, and other educational services are subject to the terms mentioned below.
Once a student or participant has enrolled and payment has been successfully completed, the fee is generally non-refundable, particularly where course access, study material, registration, certificate processing, or other digital services have already been provided.
A participant may request cancellation before the commencement of a program by contacting IIPMRT through the official contact details provided on the website.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund, if applicable, will be at the discretion of IIPMRT and subject to applicable terms.
Once a course, webinar, training session, or digital content has started or access has been provided, cancellation and refund requests may not be accepted.
The following payments are generally non-refundable:
Online and offline course fees after enrollment
Webinar and workshop registration fees
Certification and certificate-processing fees
Downloadable study materials, notes, PDFs, and digital resources
Registration or admission processing charges
Consultancy or professional service fees after the service has commenced
Fees for services that have already been delivered or accessed
If a participant is unable to attend an online class or webinar because of personal internet problems, device issues, power failure, software problems, or other technical issues on the participant's side, the payment will generally not be refunded.
Where technically feasible, IIPMRT may provide an alternative session, recording, material, or other reasonable solution.
If IIPMRT cancels a program before it begins, participants may be offered:
An alternative date or batch; or
Transfer of enrollment to another suitable program; or
A refund, where IIPMRT determines that a refund is appropriate.
If a program is postponed, participants may choose to continue with the revised schedule or request an alternative solution as communicated by IIPMRT.
If a participant accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service, they should contact IIPMRT as soon as possible with the payment transaction details.
After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing conditions.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
Fees associated with certificate generation, verification, processing, printing, dispatch, or related administrative services may be non-refundable once processing has started.
Participants must provide accurate information during registration. IIPMRT is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the participant.
