Participants may submit a cancellation request before the commencement of a course, webinar, training program, or other service.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official contact details provided on the IIPMRT website and should include the participant's name, registered mobile number, program name, and payment/transaction ID.
Approval of a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Any applicable refund will be handled according to the IIPMRT Refund Policy.
Once a course, webinar, training program, workshop, consultancy service, or digital learning service has commenced, cancellation requests may generally not be accepted.
Cancellation may also not be possible once the participant has received or accessed:
Course content or online classes
Study materials or downloadable files
Webinar access or meeting links
Recorded lectures or videos
Registration or admission services
Certificate processing
Consultancy or professional services
IIPMRT reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a course, webinar, training program, workshop, or other service due to administrative, technical, faculty, operational, or other unavoidable circumstances.
In such cases, IIPMRT may provide an alternative date, batch, session, or suitable alternative arrangement. Where applicable, any refund will be considered in accordance with the Refund Policy.
For online webinars and live training programs, participants are expected to attend at the scheduled date and time.
Failure to attend due to personal reasons, internet connectivity problems, device issues, power failure, or other circumstances beyond IIPMRT's control will generally not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Where available, IIPMRT may provide a recording, study material, alternative session, or other reasonable solution.
Requests to cancel admission or enrollment will be considered according to the terms applicable to the particular program.
Once admission processing, enrollment, course access, study material distribution, or certificate processing has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted.
If a participant accidentally makes more than one payment for the same service, the participant should contact IIPMRT immediately with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, the duplicate transaction may be cancelled/refunded as applicable.
Cancellation requests should be sent through the official IIPMRT contact channel listed on the website.

Email Address
Name of Course/Program
Date of Registration
Payment/Transaction ID
Reason for Cancellation
IIPMRT will review the request and communicate the applicable decision.
Cancellation and refund are separate matters. Approval of a cancellation request does not necessarily mean that a refund will be issued.
Any eligible refund will be processed according to the IIPMRT Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable payment-processing conditions.
